The hotel offers affordable luxury and first-class entertainment and is situated in the city centre of Dunfermline. The site has been designed by the acclaimed Redhouse Design Associates, who have designed some of the best small hotels in Britain. Adjoining the hotel is "Collective", a live music/club/multiple bar and restaurant complex. There are four distinct areas. Firstly is Ristorante Alberto an authentic Italian restaurant specialising in delicious dishes from the Calabria area of Italy. Entering the church from the rear car park, you encounter Alba, our late night venue, with featured DJ's and dance floor. From our Bruce Street entrance is Harlem, a New York roadhouse bar featuring live music and in-house DJs. In the gallery of the church is Balthazar, an eastern inspired retreat, a luxurious area with a spectacular bar to relax and watch the party below.
